At DRESS TO IMPRESS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new outfit isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or any secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
